You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases.

All products sold on Plumea are digital goods delivered electronically. Delivery is typically instant and automated; in rare cases manual processing may take a few minutes.

Each product is sourced through legitimate channels and is covered by a replacement warranty for its stated term.

Plumea permits resale of purchased products under our reseller program. Verified resellers receive access to bulk pricing and the API.

Resellers are responsible for their own customers and must not misrepresent Plumea or its products.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when the charge is incurred.

You may not use Plumea to engage in fraud, distribute malware, abuse chargebacks, or violate the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Plumea is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
